Ages are determined by the age you are on June 1, 2019
Divisions: Jr. Princess - Ages 4-6 Princess - Ages 7-9 Preteen - Ages 10-12
Jr. Teen - Ages 13-15 Teen - Ages 16-18 Miss - Ages 19-25
American Women of Service Divisions:
Ms. (21-35, single, divorced, widowed, with or without children)
Mrs. (21-35, married, with or without children)
Elite (36-49, any marital status)
Classic (50+, any marital status)
Required Areas of Competition: There will be 3 judges that will judge each of the following competitions.
Interview (33.34% of overall score): Jr. Princess and Princess divisions will interview for 3 minutes to share her personality, interests, accomplishments, goals, etc. Contestants in the Preteen, Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss, Ms./Mrs. divisions will interview for 4 minutes. All divisions will interview with contestants standing in front of all judges in a panel style format.
Runway (33.33% of overall score): All contestants will compete in this area. This is your opportunity to rock the runway! Contestants will compete in a fast paced and upbeat fashion portion, modeling an outfit of your choice that you might see on a runway.
Evening Gown (33.33% of overall score): Contestants should wear a floor length gown that is age appropriate and displays their own sense of style. Toes should be covered by the dress when it is worn.

Scholarships: Each of the state titleholders in the six divisions (Jr. Princess, Princess, Preteen, Jr. Teen, Teen, and Miss) will earn a scholarship worth at least $595.00, which will be paid directly in the form of an entry fee to the USA National Miss Scholarship Pageant. Other gifts and awards will be given to winners of their divisions. Those competing in the Ms./Mrs./Elite/Classic divisions for the American Women of Service pageant will earn a scholarship worth at least $325.00 for their entry fee and paid directly to the American Women of Service Pageant. No monies will be received by the titleholder or parent/guardian/family for these scholarships. This scholarship does not cover the Sponsor Ad Page Fee, T-shirts, clothing, or other expenses of competing at the national level.
Non-Compete Agreement:
Each contestant (parent of contestant if under 18) in New Hampshire appointed with a local and/or state title is agreeing to the terms to not compete in any other local, state, or national pageant that would prevent them from competing in the State and/or National Pageant(s). Local NH titleholders may have a possible opportunity to compete in other local pageants within the New England Scholarship Pageants Program if available and this must be approved by the USA National Miss New Hampshire Director. However, should this opportunity be available, the contestant may only use it to gain comments by judges for feedback to help them and they may not win and gain a different title. All local titleholders must compete in their appropriate division level at the state pageant in March, 2019 and all state titleholders must compete in the national pageant from July 7-13, 2019 in Orlando, FL. American Women of Service NH titleholders are expected to compete in the national pageant being held August 2-4, 2019 as determined by the title you win or are appointed.
Prizes/Awards: (State Pageant)
Each Contestant: will receive a trophy/plaque.
Winners: Of Age Divisions will receive an Official State Crown, Official State Sash, trophy or plaque, and flowers
Optional Competition Categories: A winner in the Jr. Division (youngest 3 divisions) and Sr. Division (oldest 4 divisions) will be awarded during the award ceremony.
Special Awards and Scholarships may be given as determined by the director.

3. Make payment of $100.00 for local title, crown, and embroidered sash. Color choices will be sent to you.

4. Once the registration fee is paid in full, the state handbook will be sent to you, you will be
added to a secret Facebook group to learn more about the state pageant, meet others, and learn of events and
opportunities you can participate in.
