The discounted room block we had at the Clarion Hotel - Portland, which is where the SOS Conference will be held, ended on June 30, 2022. We have been told that the hotel is completely booked at this time.
The discounted rate is also not available.
Feel free to continue to call them to see if they get any cancellations, however you will need to pay their full price.

There are many hotels in the Portland area for you to select from. We are posting this information because it is the hotel which the conference will be held at, offering the most convenience and best rate we have found in the area because of the group discount we are able to get.
The Clarion Hotel offers a free complimentary shuttle to and from the Portland Airport (PWM), the Amtrak Train Station, and the Greyhound Bus Station for hotel guests. For the transportation hub pickups, guests simply have to call the hotel when they arrive and they will send the shuttle to pick them up. They also provide free shuttle service to the Old Port area of Portland at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM each day. You will need to sign up for this service at the service desk. Transportation home is on your own. Portland does offer Uber, Lyft, and Taxi services.
This hotel is a 100% smoke-free hotel. It has free premium WiFi, and indoor heated pool and indoor whirlpool/hot tub, an onsite restaurant and bar, and is pet friendly.
