There are many hotels in the Portland area for you to select from. We are posting this information because it is the hotel which the conference will be held at, offering the most convenience and best rate we have found in the area because of the group discount we are able to get. In order to reserve under this rate, you will need to book prior to September 20, 2019. After this date you can still book by mentioning Coastal Education Services to get the next best rate they will offer.
The Clarion Hotel offers a free complimentary shuttle to and from the Portland Airport (PWM), the Amtrak Train Station, and the Greyhound Bus Station for hotel guests. For the transportation hub pickups, guests simply have to call the hotel when they arrive and they will send the shuttle to pick them up.
The Clarion Hotel also has a shuttle that drops off at the Old Port (a beautiful section of Portland, ME near the water with storefronts, restaurants, and night life activities). These shuttles leave the hotel at 4 pm and 7 pm each day. There is a sign up sheet for the Old Port drop off at the hotel.
