​Registration Form for the Miss ME, NH, & MA Seacoast Appointed Titles

To register for an appointed title for Miss Maine, NH, or Massachusetts Seacoast

1.  Complete the registration below. 
2.  Check the title you want. 
3.  If a title you want is not available and you would like one, please check off the "Other" spot under the titles and complete the form with your contact information.  We will get in touch with you.  

After completing the registration form, press submit and continue on below to payment options. 

Titles will be appointed to those that complete the registration form and make payment or have an agreed upon payment arrangement.

In the event that a title is registered by 2 or more people, the first to register (time stamped), ​will be given that title and different titles will be offered to the others. 

​We will attempt to keep the site updated with available titles as much as possible.  

    Please select the appointed title(s) you wish to represent. You may use the same form for more than one title.  Payment options are below the form.  
    ​Age is determined by the age the person is on September 1, 2020.  

Ways To Pay

1.  If you would like to avoid the added online fees, you may submit $125.00/title via 
      A.  Venmo to @Lisaottman   (if it asks for last 4 digits of a phone number it is 5631)
      B.  PayPal to [email protected] using the Friends and Family method. 

2.  If it is more convenient for you to pay using the "Add to Cart" button below, you may select from the drop down menu the amount of people you are registering for, press the button, and it will bring you to a PayPal Secure site that you can use a credit/debit card or a PayPal account to pay with.  You will NOT be automatically redirected back to our website.
