I (contestant/parent of) am a natural born female for the Tiny Miss, Little Miss, Preteen, Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss, Ms., Mrs., and Mermere Divisions or a naturally born male for the Prince or King/Mr. Divisions. I (contestant/parent of) have never posed nude or inappropriately for any pictures including selfies and that I am of exemplary character. I (contestant/parent of) understand that all monies paid to Coastal Education Services/New England Scholarship Pageants are non-refundable and returned checks will incur a fee of $40. I (contestant/parent of) agree as a delegate or parent/guardian of a delegate under 18 years of age, to hereby release, forever discharge, and agree not to sue Lisa M. Ottman, Coastal Education Services, Ottman Productions, New England Scholarship Pageant/Programs, SeaStone Events, The La Kermesse Franco-Americaine Festival, all other directors, board members, employees, staff, and/or volunteers from any and all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss or injury, etc. resulting from participation in the Pageant and/or Event Programs and Activities. I (contestant/parent of) agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations set forth by Coastal Education Services and the Miss La Kermesse Festival Pageant. I am certifying that I have read and agree to these rules to enter the pageant.
