To Register for the Miss Holly Pageant
1. Complete the registration form below.
2. Make payment:
A. Send money using Venmo to @Lisaottman (last 4 digits of phone number if needed is 5631)
B. Send money using PayPal "Friends and Family" method to [email protected] (If a fee is
charged to us by not using this method, you will be responsible for paying this fee before competing.)
C. Use buttons below with added online fee. A drop down menu is provided for convenience.
Registration Fees:
Tiny Miss/Little Miss/Little Prince Divisions (Ages 0-3) = $75.00/contestant with 10% off for 2-3 contestants from the same immediate family, and 20% off for 4+ contestants from the same immediate family.
All other divisions and ages of 4 and up = $125.00/contestant, 10% off for 2-3 contestants from the same immediate family, and 20% off for 4+ contestants from the same immediate family.
Example pricing list: 1 contestant = $125.00
2 contestants = $225.00 vs. $250.00 (10% savings)
3 contestants = $337.50 vs. $375.00 (10% savings)
4 contestants = $400.00 vs. $500.00 (20% savings)
5 contestants = $500.00 vs. $625.00 (20% savings)

Optional Competition Fee - $25.00/category - Add these to your cart in the optional section or pay $25.00/category to the amount you send via Venmo or PayPal Friends and Family method.
Once the Registration Form is complete and the Registration Fee is paid (see below)
1. Send Lisa Ottman a "friend request" on Facebook if you are not already "friends" with her.
2. You will be added into a secret Facebook group where you will have access to the full pageant handbook.
The handbook has information and forms you will need to complete to help you prepare for the pageant.
