To Register for an Appointed Title for the
2021-2022 Miss Holly Pageant
1. Complete the registration form below.
2. Make payment:
A. Send money using Venmo to @Lisaottman (last 4 digits of phone number if needed is 5631)
B. Send money using PayPal "Friends and Family" method to [email protected] (If a fee is
charged to us by not using this method, you will be responsible for paying this fee before competing.)
C. Use buttons below with added online fee. A drop down menu is provided for convenience.
Divisions:
Ages 0-3 - $75.00/Titleholder - Currently our division titles have been appointed. If you are interested in a Miss Holly or Prince Holly title and your child is in the 0-3 age range we do have other titles we can discuss with you that are available to be given. Please select "Other" on the registration form below and submit.
All other divisions and ages of 4 and up - $125.00/Titleholder.
Once the Registration Form is complete and the Registration Fee is paid (see below)
1. Send Lisa Ottman a "friend request" on Facebook if you are not already "friends" with her.
2. You will be added into a secret Facebook group where you will have access to the full pageant handbook.
The handbook has information and forms you will need to complete to help you prepare for the pageant.
